Publication Requirements
Deadline for conference paper submission is 31.3.2024. Papers can be submitted per email on the email address: simona.rudohradska@upjs.sk
The template for conference papers is available here.
Papers meeting stipulated requirements will be published in the peer-reviewed conference proceedings in an electronic form after a successful double-blind peer-review process.
The paper that will be evaluated as the best in the review process will be recommended for publication in the faculty journal STUDIA IURIDICA Cassoviensia (https://sic.pravo.upjs.sk/ ), which is indexed in the Scopus database.
The conference organizers reserve the right not to include in the conference proceedings a paper that:
- is not prepared in the prescribed template,
- does not respect the instructions stipulated in the template,
- is not related to the theme of the conference,
- does not meet the criteria for an original scientific work,
- is not recommended for publication by the reviewers, or
- is submitted after the deadline.
